Hybrid AD ManagerPrivacy statement
This statement covers this website and the licence ordering service. It also explains what the Hybrid AD Manager product itself does with data, which is very little: the software runs entirely on your own server and sends nothing to us.
What the product collects
Nothing. Hybrid AD Manager has no telemetry, no update check and no "phone home". Licence keys are verified on your server against a public key. The only data it handles is your own directory data, on your own server, under your control.

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The orders page used by TideReach staff uses a sign-in, and nothing else on the site keeps state in your browser beyond your chosen currency on the order page.
Retention of order details, and your choice
When you order you can choose whether we keep your order details for 18 months. If you do, we can offer renewal discounts, send a reminder before your licence expires, and look up your order if you lose the key. Order details are deleted automatically 18 months after the key is issued.
If you choose not to, your order details are deleted automatically 30 days after the key is issued, which allows time to resolve any problem with delivery. After that we hold no record of your organisation or email address, we cannot resend the key, and renewal discounts are not available; a renewal is then a new purchase at the standard price.
Either way, Stripe keeps its own record of the payment, and we keep aggregate figures that identify nobody.
Who processes the data
- Cloudflare hosts the site and the ordering service and stores order records (in the European Union and United States).
- Stripe takes payment and stores card and payment data under its own privacy policy.
- Resend delivers the emails we send you (order confirmation, licence key, renewal reminders).
- Zoho hosts our mailboxes for messages you send us.
We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not send marketing beyond renewal reminders for a licence you hold.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Write to info@hybridadmanager.tidereach.uk with the order reference if you have one. Deleting order details does not cancel a licence key already issued; the key stays valid on the server it was issued for until it expires. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this statement changes, the date at the top changes with it. Orders are always governed by the version in force when they were placed.
